XVibe may collect account details, role and permission records, business request responses, scope notes, delivery partner coordination information, delivery updates, post-launch requests, message content, uploaded materials, billing records, and activity timestamps.

We use this information to create and manage project workspaces, route client, business, and delivery partner actions, support XVibe staff review, process invoices and payment confirmations, provide signed material access, and maintain operational records.

Clients, businesses, delivery partners, XVibe staff, and admins may see different information based on account role, project assignment, and workflow responsibility. Staff and admin users may access project context needed to review, support, secure, and operate the service.

Project materials, signed download events, scanner results, payment provider events, email delivery records, and error-monitoring events may be processed through configured service providers in order to run the production workflow.

XVibe keeps operational records for as long as needed to support project delivery, billing, compliance, security, and product reliability. Access controls, storage configuration, and audit records are used to reduce unauthorized access.
